AVE (All Vacation Exchange) membership price is € 39.00 (thirty nine euros) for up to 12 months unlimited advertising for either home exchange, boat exchange, campervan/motorhome exchange, house-sitting and/or linguistic youth exchange transactions.
Note: Your personal contact information will always be hidden and will never be displayed in a listing. Neither members nor visitors of All Vacation Exchange have access in your private contact information.
AVE All Vacation Exchange Member Trust Agreement
• As a member, you certify that the information you put in your advert(s) is true, with a fully and accurately property description, family description and any other description and illustration.
• You must be courteous, fair and honest in all your dealings with other members and you are required to answer to all reasonable requests.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your advert(s) information is kept current and up to date.
• You guarantee the negotiated transaction dates and will warn your correspondents of any changes of dates, or any last minute changes.
• You must ensure that the property used for house-sitting or youth linguistic exchange transaction, the boat used for exchange works properly and is clean upon your arrival and upon your departure. You must declare any damage that could happen during your stay.
• You must be respectful of each others’ property at any time as if they were yours.
• If you cause any damage during your stay, you should notify immediately your partners.
Use of AVE website All Vacation Exchange__
• All Vacation Exchange services are available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Registration is not available under the age of 18 years old in France, or age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Do not attempt to place any kind of commercial ad on this site; any member using this site for other purposes than organising home caretaking transactions, home/boat/campervan exchange transactions or youth cultural exchange programs will be removed immediately. Trading of any kind of products (i.e. firearms, tobacco, and alcohol) is not permitted, as well as adverts containing links to adult sites or affiliate ads.
• Members may describe their advert accurately and may not provide false or misleading information to All Vacation Exchange and its members. At any time, you can change your information online.
• For any youth exchange program under the age of majority, parent or legal representative must register.
• Copyright: The website contains copyright material, trademarks and other proprietary information including but not limited to text, photos, videos, software and the entire contents of this website are copyrighted under the French copyright laws. Subscriber may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, or take advantage of any of the content in whole or in part.
• Members shall not upload / post or otherwise make available any material protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right without the permission of the owner. In that case you would be responsible for all the consequences linked to the copyright etc...
• Any photos members submit to All Vacation Exchange may be used for promotional or other purposes by All Vacation Exchange.
• In order to reach and to use the All Vacation Exchange site like communicating with your correspondents, it falls to you the responsibility to acquire and maintain in state and with your expenses the necessary equipment.
• Members may terminate / close their membership at any time by contacting All Vacation Exchange when the exchange is finished. Refunds will not be given when members terminate / close their membership even if it remains time of membership.
• The membership is a non-refundable service. The fee you agree to pay to All Vacation Exchange is a non-refundable fee.
• All Vacation Exchange saves the right to remove, at its discretion, any member who would not respect the terms of use, deleting his account, his advert(s) with no refund.
